A SELECTION OF OUR RECENT PROJECTS
Naomi came to us after a previous client recommended our services to her. We were delighted to take on the project of creating a website for her new business, set up an email marketing platform and design email marketing templates and automated workflows. She wanted a clean, fresh and professional look to appeal to her clients from the business world.
Another returning client, as we have worked with Sandra on the website for her choir The Lost Sound. This time Sandra's website for her singing teaching business needed redesigning as the old one was difficult to navigate, hard for her to edit and wasn't showcasing her business in the best way possible. We built a beautiful new website to showcase all that she offers.
Having worked with Lottie before on her website Tits, Tums & All Things Mum, she returned to us when she needed a website for another new business of hers - The Mummy Money Coach. She wanted a similar look and feel to her other site to tie them together and budget was her major concern, so we built her a site that functioned as she needed, looked lovely and fit her budget constraints.
Jewellery start-up Iris & Lolli were selling via Etsy and wanted their own website to save them money on the high Etsy fees and commission. We built them a beautiful new Shopify website and trained them how to make their own updates and changes so they had full control of their business.
The Lost Sound had been let down and underwhelmed by another designer so came to Luminos for help. Their brief was short and sweet - they wanted a bold new website with wow factor! We're very happy to say that we delivered a new website that the whole choir loved. Coming from an incredibly talented and creative bunch of people their amazing feedback meant so much to us.
CHRISSIE PEARCE ACADEMY
The last part of a large project for this client was creating a website for her nail academy. To keep budget low we used a free Shopify theme to create a simple and effective website to sell and promote Chrissie's nail courses.
The whole larger project involved rebranding, designing new logos, building several websites, graphic design of brochures and business cards plus help with social media.
TITS, TUMS & ALL THINGS MUM
Lottie had built up a successful podcast, newsletter and social media presence and with a forthcoming book and workshops she needed a website. However, after trying to build one herself realised she needed some professional help and called on us. We created a Shopify landing page that can be developed into an e-commerce store once her book and workshops have launched and gave her full training in how to use Shopify herself so she can make her own updates in the future.
CHRISSIE PEARCE STUDIOS
After completing a rebranding project for Chrissie Pearce Studios we built them a new Shopify website for their two hair & beauty salons. The website links to their existing online booking system which they wanted to retain, displays their services and prices and has e-commerce for their haircare products.
THE REFILL HUT
After a rocky start to their website journey with an inexperienced web designer, The Refill Hut turned to Luminos to sort out their troubles. While being limited to a platform package they had already been signed up to, we designed them a vastly improved website than the unfinished one they had been left with. As their first steps into e-commerce, they wanted something simple, easy to navigate and to reflect their branding. The Refill Hut were delighted with their new website and we hope to work together to upgrade it to a Shopify site in the future.
AMY ORANGE JUICE
Amy creates beautiful stained glass and other art works. She needed to replace an old website that was hard to navigate with a simple, clear site that had a strong customer journey and displayed her portfolio beautifully. She wanted to retain her logo and a large portfolio page displaying her extensive back catalogue of work. Amy's new website is now easy to navigate, shows her stunning work and has easy contact options.
A lovely project of renaming, rebranding and a new website for Longtide Studio. They were previously only selling via Etsy and they wanted their own website to take back control as the Etsy marketing fees were continually climbing. We developed a new name, logo design and a new Shopify website to give their business a fresh look, a new start and the tools for them to increase their sales. We continue to work with Longtide Studio on a retainer basis for website, social media and marketing support.
CHRISSIE PEARCE NAIL SUPPLIES
A large project for Chrissie Pearce encompassing a rebrand for her Studios, Nail Supplies and Academy businesses plus several new websites. Starting with Chrissie Pearce Nail Supplies we designed a new logo and created a new Shopify website. Watch this space for further updates and launches as the project progresses!
TIARAS & VINES
Tiaras & Vines were selling via Instagram and Facebook but needed their first e-commerce website to enable them to grow and reach a new audience. We designed a beautiful Shopify website and provided full training so they could take control and make their own changes in the future.
The Soapery needed a refresh to their Shopify website. Their current site was outdated and wasn't easy to navigate. Their business ethos is keeping things simple, so we reflected that in the web design, keeping it clear and to the point. Their request was to maintain the side navigation bar style so as to give consistency to their customers as they migrated from the old site to the new one. The result was a clean, fresh and simple design with an improved customer journey. We continue to work with The Soapery on email marketing, Amazon brand content, graphic design, blogging and more.
Cornwall Childcare were looking for a new website design to replace their outdated and jumbled Wordpress site. It was key to use a platform that they could manage themselves to enable them to make their own updates in the future. We designed them a beautiful new site with plenty of space to expand and gave them the tools and training to help them manage their own site in the future.
THE LITTLE NATURALISTS CLUB
The Little Naturalists Club wanted a redesign for their website and to move to Shopify for a stronger e-commerce offering. The key requirements were a beautiful website, an easy to use back-end, a great customer journey and the ability to sell various subscription packages. We created them a thoughtfully designed, highly functional website that achieved all their goals and continue to provide ongoing marketing support.
MARTHA & BEE
Martha & Bee had a homemade, one page Wix website that wasn't user friendly or doing justice to their gorgeous homeware products. We created them a brand new, fully functional website whilst retaining the Wix platform the client was familiar with so they could manage their own website and make changes themselves in the future. The new website gives them the opportunity to increase their product range, customer reach and sales.
THE CORNISH STUDIO
The Cornish Studio was a brand new business that had launched on Etsy. To give them full control of their brand, to increase sales and to remove the issue of Etsy taking a commission, we built them a beautiful Shopify e-commerce website. The website showcases their products, environmental ethos and their Cornish roots.
Edit: The Cornish Studio website has since closed due to a change in personal circumstances of the owner.
Miss V's started life as a tea room in St Just In Roseland and is now entering phase two with their exciting 2021 expansion plans. We developed their first website to enable them to grow, use an online booking system for Afternoon Tea (winter only) and begin online sales of Signature Cakes & Bon Bons. We're delighted to support Miss V's with marketing work as they grow.
MAMA MADE MELTS
A new business that opened during the first lockdown, Mama Made Melts had started on Instagram and by the end of 2020 had built up enough trade to need their first website. We built their Shopify
e-commerce website to launch their business to the next level.
Edit: The Mama Made Melts website closed in 2022 due to a change in personal circumstances of the owner.
After 28 years in business Schoose were looking for a rebrand to freshen up and appeal to new customers and an updated e-commerce website. We continue to work with Schoose on a retainer basis to help with web updates, email marketing, graphic design and social media.
HIGH STREET BAZAAR
High Street Bazaar needed a rebrand and their first website, alongside continued support for web updates. We designed them a quirky, fun logo to reflect the personality of the shop along with a bright and colourful website to showcase their items.
